DESCRIPTION:Join WOYA for a meaningful outreach experience at The Warehouse Project! This is your chance to make a real difference by supporting the food bank and helping serve our community. Volunteers will take part in hands-on activities such as: Sorting produce into family-size bags.Organizing donations from local retailers like Food Lion and Harris Teeter.Cleaning and bagging Capri Sun.Building CSFP boxes for senior citizens.Inspecting and sorting food drive donations.Cleaning and sorting eggs.Bagging cereal\, rice\, or pasta into family-size portions.Additional activities may be available depending on donations.Please note that this event takes place inside the warehouse at each branch\, though weather permitting\, some activities may be held outside. Closed-toe shoes are required at all times for safety while volunteering. Let’s come together to serve\, connect\, and make a lasting impact. We can’t wait to see you there!
