This week’s message, “Gifted, But Tired,” followed Joseph’s story to show that even the most anointed people can feel exhausted while walking with God. Joseph was gifted and favored, yet his journey took him through betrayal, slavery, false accusation, and delay. Pastor Davis taught that God places us in different “rooms,” and each one requires a different expression of who we are. Opportunity doesn’t always look like blessing—sometimes it arrives as inconvenience, offense, or hardship—but purpose is built by repeatedly saying yes to God in every season.
