Hang On, God is Moving
Hang On, God is Moving
Scripture: Habakkuk 2:2-4, Exodus 13:17-22
In Habakkuk 2:2-4 and Exodus 13:17-22, we are reminded that God’s timing and direction are always purposeful, even when the journey seems delayed. Just as a train car shifts when the engine begins to move, everything connected to it shifts as well. When God begins to move, those connected to His vision will experience a shift in every area of their lives.
The Israelites learned that God doesn’t always lead us the shortest route. Sometimes He leads us the long way because He knows what we’re prepared to handle. He may lead us through dry seasons, but even there He provides guidance through His presence and vision.
The challenge is to hang on—don’t allow distractions, delays, rumors, disappointments, or difficulties to disconnect you from what God is doing. God is moving, and when He moves, everything connected to Him moves too.
To stay aligned with God’s movement, we must get a vision from Him—a vision that is personal, specific, and requires faith to accomplish. Don’t fail the vision test. Stay connected to God’s vision, trust His leading, and hang on because God is moving.
