Scripture: Philippians 3:15, Luke 18:35-43
We are centering on Jesus’ powerful question to the blind man near Jericho: “What do you want Me to do for you?” Though blind, the man knew what he wanted and boldly spoke it, demonstrating that faith requires clarity, maturity, and intentionality. Jesus’ question wasn’t about information—it was about choice, faith, and growth.
Drawing from Philippians 3, the challenge is for believers to mature in Christ so they can ask for the right things. Maturity comes from seeing ourselves honestly, letting go of the past, pressing toward what God still has ahead, and surrounding ourselves with godly examples. This Christmas, the call is to pause, grow, and be clear about our desire—not just gifts or fixes, but true spiritual sight that leads us to follow Jesus and glorify God.
