CARE AT WOCC
You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone
At WOCC, we believe care is a vital part of spiritual and personal growth. Life can be heavy, complex, and overwhelming — and acknowledging that isn’t weakness, it’s wisdom. Here we connect people with support, resources, and pathways toward wholeness, healing, and stability.
Our Commitment to Care
WOCC believes that faith and mental health are not in opposition — they are deeply connected. We recognize that emotional health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth often require intentional support. Seeking help is not a failure of faith; it is an act of courage and self-awareness. We are committed to creating a culture where people feel safe to talk, ask questions, and pursue healing without shame or stigma. Care is not an add-on to our mission — it is part of how we love people well.
Support Beyond Sunday
Church doesn’t end when service is over. Many people are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions that require more than encouragement alone. WOCC is intentional about connecting people to real, practical support when deeper care is needed. We believe awareness, conversation, and access to resources are essential in today’s world.
Overcomers Counseling Center
WOCC partners with Overcomers Counseling Center (OCC) to provide professional counseling services rooted in compassion, understanding, and care. This partnership reflects our commitment to meeting people where they are and supporting the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Overcomers Counseling Center offers a safe, confidential space for individuals, couples, and families seeking guidance and healing. Together, we are working to remove barriers to care and normalize healthy conversations around mental and emotional wellness.
Care Resources
We’ve created a Care Guide to help you navigate seasons of stress, uncertainty, or transition. This guide includes encouragement, practical next steps, and information about support options available through WOCC and our partners. Whether you’re seeking clarity for yourself or looking to support someone else, this resource is here to help.
We’re Here With You
Care is not about fixing people — it’s about walking with them. If you’re unsure where to start, reach out. If you’re overwhelmed, you’re not alone. WOCC is committed to being a place where people can be honest, supported, and empowered to take their next step toward healing.
