We’re here to enhance the overall experience for the congregants with lighting, sound, and visuals. We’re able to give people who are not able to attend church a means to still participate and get the word via online streaming. We help to usher the congregants into a place of worship with our lighting. We’re able to enhance how we hear the word with audio. With visuals, congregants are able to see things up close via IMAG (Image Magnification)

Lights, Sounds, Visuals. Pastor Andy is the visionary behind World Overcomers, and we help to build his vision. We aide almost every ministry, especially pastoral staff and music and arts to deliver the word of God to the congregants. We’re essentially the support team of the church.

Our goal is to grow in population. To be the best while having fun. To unify as a family, and function together using our individual gifts and roles as a whole body. We need several strong team leads. A strong structure and base. We need strong leaders. Team Leads to help train others. We need leaders to train future leaders.

To be successful within our team, all you have to do is be teachable, be ready for anything. Be able to predict and role with all punches. If Pastor Brian or praise and worship leader comes and stage and starts singing a song that’s not in our playlist, are you able to quickly pull up that song on screens without me being there to tell you to do it? Can you predict the movements of Pastor Andy, or Pastor Manny, or Pastor Brian so that they never leave walk out of frame as a camera operator. If you can adapt, you can be successful. If you can take punches and treat them as a learning experience, you can be successful. 

Standards of Operation

Dress Code: Black for Camera Ops. Close toed shoes for camera ops. If you don’t have black then dark pants and dark top but preferably black. 

Call Times: 8:30am on Sundays. 6:30 pm on Wednesdays. Don’t be late. Being on time shows respect for the entirety of the department as well as the church. If you’re unable to arrive on time or unable to serve on a scheduled service day, please contact Jerel as soon as possible.
